“I have loved you with an everlasting love” – God’s undeserved love is given to us day by day by day. . . into eternity! Because “He first loved us”, we too are asked to love (I John 4:19). The love we are privileged to share is not the “fall into” kind. It is not an emotional thrill. It is not the “Recipe for Love” detailed in a magazine telling us to win our dear one’s heart with “delicious chocolate cheesecake with a dollop of whipped cream on top”! It is not the myriad of love songs that have always found their way to the top of the charts. It is none of these. Christian love is really God’s love shining through His people. Pray that the Holy Spirit will fill us with a holy zeal to be God’s joyful, celebrating people as we give of ourselves daily and serve as God directs us.

Zion’s LWML continue to share God’s love with the giving of mites, time and talents. In February, the ladies will host a soup supper and also the Rocky Mountain District Board meeting. This board meeting will be Friday & Saturday, Feb. 22-23 in the Fellowship Hall. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served to them. Members of the congregation are also being asked to share God’s love by donating food or money to help provide these meals for these ladies. (Please check the bulletin board by the ramp for more details – thank you!)

Boulder Dinner Theatre – Church Basement Ladies
The ladies are also planning an outing to the Boulder Dinner Theatre on Sunday, April 14, for a matinee performance of “Church Basement Ladies”. Everyone is invited to join us – you do not have to be a member of LWML. There are several seating/price choices. Check the bulletin board for more information. If you are interested, please sign up soon so that we are able to accommodate anyone interested.
